1. Agreement to Terms
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Recoil Gang ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Recoil Gang software, products, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our Service.
We reserve the right to change this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
3. License Keys and Activation
Upon purchasing our software, you will receive a unique license key that grants you access to the Service according to the terms of your purchase. License keys are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or resold without our explicit written permission.
Each license key is tied to a specific hardware configuration (HWID) upon first activation. If you need to transfer your license to a new device, you must use the HWID reset feature in your account dashboard.
We reserve the right to limit the number of HWID resets per license to prevent abuse. Attempting to circumvent our licensing system is strictly prohibited and may result in license termination without refund.
4. User Conduct
When using our Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
- Redistribute, sell, lease, license, or copy the Service without our express written permission
- Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or hack the Service, or defeat or overcome any of our encryption technologies or security measures
5. Digital Product Delivery
Our products are delivered digitally as follows:
Upon successful payment processing, your license key will be automatically generated and delivered to the email address provided during purchase
License keys are also accessible through your account dashboard at any time
Delivery is instant and automatic, with no shipping or handling periods
It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is correct and that your email settings allow messages from our domain
6. Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in the currency shown on our website and include all applicable taxes and fees. There are no hidden costs or additional charges for digital delivery.
We accept payment through our secure payment processor. Your payment information is not stored on our servers and is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- The payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete
- You will pay the charges incurred at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect already purchased licenses.
7. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
- Refunds will only be considered if the software is demonstrably defective and cannot be fixed by our support team
- Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed
- If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method
- License keys associated with refunded purchases will be deactivated
By purchasing our software, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
8. Updates and Support
We provide regular updates to our software to ensure compatibility with game updates, improve features, and fix bugs. These updates are included in your license subscription at no additional cost.
Technical support is provided through our Discord server and is available 24/7. While we strive to respond to all support inquiries promptly, response times may vary based on support volume.
We reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions of our software. In such cases, users will be notified and directed to update to the latest version.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of this Agreement.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact our support team to request account deletion.
All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
10. Disclaimer of Third-Party Game Interaction
Our software is designed to interact with certain third-party games. You acknowledge and agree that:
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the developers or publishers of these games
- Use of our software may violate the terms of service or end user license agreements of these games
- We are not responsible for any action taken against your game account as a result of using our software
- The risk of any consequences from using our software with these games is entirely yours
By using our Service, you assume full responsibility for these risks and agree to use our software at your own discretion.
11. Privacy and Data Collection
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
We may collect technical information about your device to verify your license and prevent fraud. This may include, but is not limited to, hardware identifiers, IP addresses, and system configurations.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, but we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
